We are seeking a creative and innovative Content Specialist to join our team, focusing on developing narrative experiences using AI creative tools, primarily AI characters. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in prompt engineering, excellent editorial judgement and a passion for bringing creative ideas to life through AI technologies. This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to design, prompt, and refine engaging content experiences that captivate and delight users.

Responsibilities:

1. Prompt engineer to develop and refine prompts to create compelling narrative experiences with AI characters.
2. Collaborate with content, product, and engineering teams to conceptualize and produce narrative content that aligns with our brand's voice and tone.
3. Generate creative ideas and concepts for AI-driven storytelling, leveraging the latest trends and technologies in AI.
4. Work closely with stakeholders to ensure a cohesive narrative style and seamless integration of AI characters into content experiences.
5. Create editorial guidelines and frameworks to define quality and inform product development
6. Continuously test, evaluate, and enhance content performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
7. Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality output.

Skills and Qualifications:

1. Experience: 6 years in creative writing, content creation, or a related field, with at least one year of experience in prompt engineering.
2. Familiarity with AI tools and platforms, and experience in visual and multimodal content creation.
3. Strong conceptual thinker with the ability to translate ideas into engaging narrative experiences.
4. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
5. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities and guidelines.

Preferred Qualifications:

1. Education: Bachelor’s degree in creative writing, Communications, or a related field.
2. Digital Content Expertise: Deep knowledge of social media and digital content landscapes, with experience using AI tools for content creation.
3. Visual and Audio Skills: Background in visual content creation (photo editing, video production) and audio expertise is a plus.

Pay Transparency: The typical base pay for this role across the U.S. is: $45.00 - $55.00/hr. Final offer amounts, within the base pay set forth above, are determined by factors including your relevant skills, education and experience and the benefits package you select. Full-time employees are eligible to select from different benefits packages. Packages may include medical, dental, and vision benefits, 10 paid days off, 401(k) plan participation, commuter benefits and life and disability insurance.
