We’re expanding our presence in Puerto Rico and are looking for a bilingual professional with strong partnership and content strategy skills to help us grow locally.

Role Overview

We are seeking a Content & Partnership Consultant to develop and execute partnership and content strategies tailored to Tuyo Health’s expansion in Puerto Rico. The ideal candidate will have experience collaborating with brands, companies, and content creators (influencers) to drive engagement and new business opportunities.

This is a part-time consulting role (10–15 hours per week) with competitive hourly compensation and performance-based bonuses for every partnership that contributes to Tuyo Health’s growth.

Key Responsibilities

1. Develop and implement partnership strategies to support Tuyo Health’s expansion in Puerto Rico.
2. Identify and collaborate with local companies, organizations, and content creators.
3. Design and execute bilingual content initiatives aligned with Tuyo Health’s brand voice and mission.
4. Negotiate and manage partnership agreements and deliverables.
5. Track and report on partnership performance and business impact.

Requirements

1. Based in Puerto Rico (mandatory).
2. Bilingual (English and Spanish) — strong communication skills in both languages.
3. Proven experience creating and managing partnerships with brands, organizations, and influencers.
4. Strong understanding of digital content and social media collaboration.
5. Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and project management skills.
6. Passion for health, wellness, and community-oriented projects.

Compensation

1. 30-40 USD/hour
2. Additional bonuses based on partnership performance and business volume driven to Tuyo Health.
