To build on the momentum, we’re searching for a highly qualified marketing content specialist who can contribute to existing programs while assisting with development of new initiatives aligned with company and client goals.

Job Description: As the Content Marketing Specialist at Securance, you will play a crucial role in driving our content marketing strategy and be responsible for creating, curating, and distributing high-quality content that engages and educates target audiences. The marketing content specialist must be an organized multitasker, able to handle many diverse projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.

· Create, proofread, and edit copy for various marketing channels, including white papers, brochures, articles, blog posts, social media posts, email newsletters, and website content.

· Collaborate with the rest of the Marketing Team to develop and implement a comprehensive content marketing strategy, ensuring consistency in messaging, branding, and quality across all channels.

· Monitor social media channels, engage with followers, and create engaging content to increase brand awareness and drive engagement.

· Optimize content for search engines to improve organic visibility and drive traffic to the company's website. Stay updated on SEO best practices.

· Work with the team lead to develop and execute content for marketing campaigns and newsletters.

· Monitor and analyze the performance of content using tools like Google Analytics, recommend data-driven decisions to optimize content strategy.

· Work with team lead to develop promotional strategies to increase content visibility and engagement.

· Stay informed about industry trends and competitor content strategies, to ensure our content remains relevant and competitive.

Qualifications/Skills:

· Minimum of 3 years of content marketing experience.

· Proven track record of creating and executing successful content marketing campaigns.

· Exceptional writing and editing skills with a keen eye for detail.

· Knowledge of social media, SEO best practices, and content optimization techniques.

· Ability to think strategically and develop creative solutions.

· Creativity and the ability to generate unique and engaging content ideas.

· Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to make strategic decisions.

· Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

SALARY: $50k-$55k
