Now is an exciting time to be part of Unanet’s Marketing team. During your Returnship, you will have an opportunity to work with experienced marketing professionals and assist with a variety of initiatives focused on improving processes, assisting with project management, and documenting marketing activities. This is a generalized marketing role where you will have the opportunity gain experience working across multiple channels and tactics.

Who You Are

• You’ve been out of the workforce for 12 months or more
• Prior experience in managing social media platforms (e.g., Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn) is preferred
• Prior experience with content management tools
• Understanding of Search Engine Optimization (SEO) best practices desired
• Experience with marketing analytics technologies (e.g., Google Analytics)
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite and project management tools
• Knowledge of digital marketing concepts and platforms is a plus
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment

Your Summer

• Work with our Content Marketing team to ensure we are creating the right content for our internal partners, prospects, and customers, including blogs, press releases, and social campaigns
• Support reporting and analytics to determine content performance and help inform content creation strategy and identify gaps and/or opportunities
• Assist with project management between the content team and Creative, Product Marketing, and Growth Marketing requests
• Help identify and execute PR opportunities for Unanet and our customers
• Assist in developing and executing marketing campaigns across a variety of channels (e.g., social media, email, content marketing)
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather project requirements and make sure everyone is on the same page
• Create and maintain project timelines, making sure everything stays on track and within budget
• Conduct research and analysis to identify trends and opportunities that can help optimize our campaigns
• Assist with reviewing campaign performance and provide valuable insights to improve results
• Stay up-to-date with the latest marketing trends and best practices

The hourly pay for this opportunity is $26.00 per hour. You will be eligible to participate in Unanet's 401(k) plan.
