As a Content Marketing Lead, you will be responsible for the implementation, tracking, and optimization of prospect campaigns to drive new customers and grow existing relationships for DaySmart brands, with a focus on campaign performance and content creation. This role will not only play a hand in determining content themes and assets, but also the campaigns built to funnel prospects and customers to the content asset across all DaySmart product lines.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and track campaigns that span across email, social media, events, and more across the Content team
• Optimize performance of campaigns across multiple channels including email, text, and paid and organic social media.
• Determine thematic elements of campaigns for all brands, while building focused campaigns to your product lines
• Measure campaign success, evaluating KPIs, trends, patterns, and enhancements to be shared with the key stakeholders
• Communicate campaign objectives, timelines, and deliverables to key stakeholders and provide instructions for use or promotion
• Work closely with a growing sales team to facilitate movement throughout our entire Sales & Marketing funnel

Qualifications

• 3-5 years experience of planning, executing, and reporting multi-channel marketing campaignsProactive attitude towards marketing optimization and career development
• Strong organizational and project management skills
• Excellent writing and communication skills, including appearing on webinars or other outward-facing video or audio content
• Experience with marketing technology such as WordPress, Marketo, Salesforce, Adobe Creative Suite, and Hootsuite (a plus, but not required).
• Ability to own and manage quarterly campaigns and projects with assistance from manager
• Experience in Pet Care or Veterinarian space is greatly preferred

Salary

The salary range for this role is $75,000 to $90,000 per year. Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to education, work experience, certifications, internal equity, etc.
