Are you passionate about helping students learn and excited about using new technology to improve how educational content is created? Do you enjoy building meaningful learning experiences and making sure high-quality materials reach students quickly and effectively?

We’re looking for content developers who bring strong instructional judgment along with a product-focused mindset. In this role, you will design and manage lesson content using your subject expertise, AI tools, and collaborative workflows. You’ll take content from idea to launch, ensuring it is engaging, accurate, and aligned with learning standards.

This role is perfect for someone who enjoys shaping instructional products, gathering feedback to improve learning experiences, and evaluating content quality at scale. You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams to continuously improve both the content and the systems used to create it.

About the Role

This is a full-time position that requires strong critical thinking and a genuine passion for education. Your responsibilities will include:

  1. Designing and managing lesson materials for both digital and print formats using AI-supported workflows
  2. Creating clear instructional approaches, examples, and explanations for lessons and practice content
  3. Improving prompts, workflows, and production processes to boost speed and quality
  4. Meeting key performance indicators (KPIs) related to output and content quality
  5. Collaborating with product, engineering, and content teams during sprint cycles to quickly develop and refine materials

  2. Deep understanding of instructional design, including standards alignment and testing frameworks
  3. Ownership mindset, taking responsibility for content from idea to final launch

  5. Excellent communication and teamwork skills in fast-paced environments
  6. Ability to guide AI-assisted content creation through effective prompting and review
  7. Curiosity and comfort with new technologies and workflow tools
  8. Strong prioritization and project management skills

  2. Thinks beyond individual lessons to create cohesive content that supports student success
  3. Proactively identifies issues and suggests improvements to content or workflows

  5. Contributes to a positive, inclusive, and supportive work environment
  6. Meets or exceeds KPIs and receives strong performance feedback

Requirements

  1. 2+ years of experience in educational content development (curriculum, assessments, or instructional materials) outside of personal classroom use
  2. Subject expertise in English, Math, Science, or Social Studies
  3. Strong understanding of instructional strategies such as scaffolding and test-taking techniques
  4. Familiarity with standardized tests like ACT, SAT, and EOC/EOG
  5. Ability to review and improve instructional content quickly and accurately
  6. Open to feedback and able to adapt quickly
  7. Strong performance on ACT/SAT is a plus
