PLL is seeking a creative, innovative Content Creator/Editor to join our Production Team in an Adobe Premiere Pro environment.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Ability to tell strong stories
Edit content for all social media platforms, including Instagram, Twitter, TikTok, and Youtube, earning millions of impressions a year
Edit content for partners and sponsors, including blue chip brands like Gatorade, Champion, and Vineyard Vines
Edit content for air on game-day broadcasts, including cold opens, teases, and halftime pieces
Opportunity to edit in-game highlights on-site during game days
Identify select footage for deliver to partners and senior members of the production team
Quality-check deliverables of completed edits; generating missing (or additional) deliverables if needed
Stage, shoot video as camera operator, and edit content on assignment
Work with Media Asset Manager and assign metadata tagging to of PLL video footage for archival organization

Required Skills and Experience:
Minimum of 2 years experience in relevant field
Proficiency with Adobe Premiere Pro
Top notch organizational skills and attention to detail
Capable of handling various responsibilities and multiple projects simultaneously
Understanding of how to prioritize and respond accordingly
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Strong collaboration and time management skills
Proficiency with Asana
Working knowledge of After Effects, a plus
Working knowledge of Final Cut pro, a plus
Ability to operate audio and shoot as a camera operator a plus (Sony FX-6, Sony FX-3, DSLR)
Experience in Sports Production/Lacrosse, a plus

Compensation:
Based on the candidate’s experience, seniority, and location
$50,000 to $60,000 annually
The total compensation package includes Annual Bonus, Health, Life, Dental, and Vision Insurance, 401(k) plan, Equity Sharing, Mental Health Stipend, Unlimited PTO, and Paid Parental Leave
