Position Overview

A TikTok Creator Agent Coach is responsible for scouting and recruiting new creators into the agency, guiding them through onboarding, and supporting their early development within the TikTok Creator Network. This role is essential to agency growth and requires excellent communication and a strong understanding of TikTok LIVE culture.

You will work closely with creators, live streamers, and content brands—guiding them through agency processes and helping them maximize opportunities through TikTok’s Creator Network, TikTok LIVE, and TikTok Battles.

Responsibilities

1. Scout and recruit TikTok creators, live streamers, and new talent into the agency.
2. Assist creators with onboarding and setup within the TikTok Creator Network.
3. Help creators understand TikTok LIVE, LIVE Battles, and monetization opportunities.
4. Maintain communication with new creators to ensure a strong start.
5. Work closely with agency managers, group leaders, and team leads.
6. Actively participate in the agency Discord and creator support channels.
7. Ensure that all creators that you have either recruited or has been assigned to your team are reaching the agency's MONTHLY goals and quotas
