Dean Entertainment is seeking skilled and engaging Minecraft Content Creators to join our creator network. This role is intended for individuals who are highly proficient in Minecraft, capable of producing professional-quality content, and interested in long-term growth within a structured media organization.

This is a contractor-based position. Creators will be responsible for producing original Minecraft content for a dedicated Dean Entertainment–owned channel.

The Minecraft Content Creator will be responsible for planning, recording, and publishing engaging Minecraft content designed for audience growth and monetization. Creators will operate under established guidelines while maintaining creative input and consistent production standards.

This role is performance-driven and best suited for creators who are dependable, disciplined, and serious about content creation as a business.

Minimum Qualifications

Applicants must meet the following requirements:

1. Must be 18 years of age or older
2. Demonstrate proficiency and advanced knowledge of Minecraft
3. Strong on-camera or voice presence with the ability to engage viewers
4. Capable PC setup, including:
5. Hardware capable of smooth gameplay recording
6. Clear microphone audio
7. Reliable high-speed internet connection
8. Ability to meet consistent upload schedules
9. Professional communication and reliability

This is an independent contractor role, not hourly. You will be 1099 and will only make profit splits based off revenue. You will be appointed a new channel and will begin completing assignments as they are given to you but expect 3-6 months before any revenue is produced. It can be as quick as 1-2 months and as slow as 5-6 months. Profit splits start at 40% and raises will be given based off performance. Again, do not apply if you are not committed to building a long-term channel and business, You will not make any money with-in the first few weeks to months. The profit splits are uncapped, there is no limit to how much you can make.
