Responsibilities:

• Assist in managing the distribution of content across various platforms, including social media, websites, and blogs.
• Upload and format blog articles, ensuring adherence to style guidelines, formatting standards, and search engine optimization (SEO) best practices.
• Collaborate with writers and editors to ensure timely delivery and publication of content.
• Utilize AI tools to optimize content creation and distribution processes.
• Conduct research to identify content trends, topics, and target audience preferences.
• Assist in maintaining content calendars and editorial schedules.
• Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to track content engagement and effectiveness.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to brainstorm and execute content strategies.
• Assist in managing and coordinating freelance writers, including assignment distribution and quality control.
• Proofread and edit content to ensure accuracy, clarity, and consistency.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Communications, Marketing, Journalism, or related disciplines.
• Proven experience (1-2 years) in content management, preferably in a digital media environment.
• Familiarity with AI tools and platforms to enhance content creation and distribution processes.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, with the ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in content management systems (CMS) and basic HTML/CSS knowledge.
• Familiarity with SEO principles and best practices.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive mindset.
• Knowledge of the latest content marketing trends and strategies.
• Willingness to relocate or commute to Scottsdale, Arizona (85251).

Salary: DOE

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $12.80 - $24.29 per hour
