Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Superintendent to lead our commercial interior projects in the vibrant city of Miami. As a Superintendent, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the successful execution of interior construction projects, maintaining high standards of quality, safety, and timeliness.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate closely with Project Managers and subcontractors to plan and oversee interior construction activities.
- Manage on-site personnel, including tradespeople and laborers.
- Monitor project progress, ensuring adherence to schedules and quality standards.
- Address any issues promptly to maintain project momentum.
- Coordinate inspections and ensure compliance with building codes.
- Foster a safe work environment and enforce safety protocols.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in commercial construction, with a focus on interior buildouts.
- Strong knowledge of interior finishes, materials, and construction methods.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams.
- Proficiency in reading blueprints and project documentation.
- OSHA certification preferred.
