We are seeking a talented builder/field leader who loves a challenge. We specialize in building projects for the medical sector.

As you know, leading these types of projects for these types of clients takes a certain level of professionalism, character, communication skills, creativity and problem solving skills. In the end, a team and project that you are proud of and a project that impacts the lives of the clients forever.

As a lead Superintendent, we are looking for someone that has 10+ years of field leadership experience and who has a passion for leading crews and driving a positive working environment. The ideal candidate will have experience in the Medical and/or Healthcare/Hospital sector.

Other responsibilities include:

• Scheduling
• Value Engineering
• Subcontractor selection and oversight
• Self-performed oversight of carpentry, drywall, concrete, etc.
• Safety
• Client Relations
