An extremely well-renowned architecture firm with integrated construction services, landscape architecture, structural and civil engineering, and interior design. The ideal candidate will be well-versed in commercial interior renovations, with medical projects in particular, under their belt.

Title : Superintendent (School Construction)

Location: Springfield, MA

Salary: $100,000 to $130,000

Requirements:

• Seeking a Superintendent to come on board and lead all onsite work for ground-up school construction.
• The company performs large scale healthcare, University, and corporate projects.
• Must have experience managing commercial construction projects, and have the ability to manage, coordinate, and supervise all subcontractor work.
• The Superintendent will be a leader in the organization, and play a pivotal role in the success of the projects and the company as a whole

Qualifications:

• 5-10 years experience in running ground-up commercial construction projects
• OSHA 10 Certified
• OSHA 30 (preferred not required)
• Must be able to travel to Central CT
• Bachelor's Degree related to construction is preferred but not required
