As a Construction Site Supervisor, your primary responsibility is to provide on-site supervision and conduct daily inspections at the construction site. Your role is to ensure that the construction processes align with building codes and follow the project's plan specifications and schedule. You are expected to be proactive in problem-solving, pay attention to detail, demonstrate diligence, and take accountability for your actions.

Daily Site Supervision:

You will be assigned specific tasks on a daily basis, and it is your responsibility to communicate the project objectives and expectations to subcontractors and other workers at the site. By ensuring alignment with the project scope of work and timeline.

Quality Control:

Monitor construction processes and ensure compliance with building codes and follow plan specifications.

Identify any issues or deviations from the specifications and take immediate action to address them.

Communication:

Communicate project updates on daily basis to management, address any concerns or changes in project scope with construction manager.

Problem Solving:

Identify and address construction-related issues and challenges that may arise during the project in order to keep the project on track.

Documentation:

Maintain accurate and detailed project documentation, including daily progress reports, site records, and other relevant documents.

Pay: $55,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
