Construction Manager - Data Center Construction

Virginia, United States

$130,000 - $180,000

 

Our client is seeking a Construction Manager to join their team in overseeing highly complex data center construction projects in Virginia.

 

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent preferred
  • Experienced in ground-up, Mission Critical construction
  • Minimum of 3 years experience as a Construction Project Manager on large-scale Data Center projects

 

Skills:

Project Management:

The ideal candidate should have extensive knowledge of all aspects of project management including planning & scheduling timelines; managing budgets; monitoring progress against goals/milestones while ensuring quality standards are met at each stage throughout development from design through completion phases.

 

Datacenter:

Experience working within data centers and mission-critical environments will be essential - understanding operational requirements like power distribution systems (UPS / generators), cooling equipment.

 

Building Construction:

Familiarity with principles involved when constructing various types buildings such as high-rise structures vs low rise ones may also prove useful depending upon specific needs particular build-out specifications being used by our clients.
