We are seeking a fully remote (if desired) Compiler Engineer to join a team building a super fast hardware accelerator giving teams the ability to compute directly on encrypted data.

The team are paving the way for privacy-preserving ML in security sensitive industries, and have received significant VC backing, growing to 40+ people and continuing this growth through 2025.

You'd join a growing compiler group, targeting backend and mid/IR compiler design and build in an LLVM based environment.

We are seeking a Compiler Engineer with:

1. Experience of LLVM based environments
2. Production experience of backend and IR compiler builds
3. Preferably worked with an AI accelerator or similar technical environment
