Job Title: Commission-Only Outbound Sales Manager for Glamping Retreat

Location: Dripping Springs, Texas

About Us:
Lucky Arrow Retreat is an established, premier glamping desination nestled in the heart of the Texas Hill Country just west of Austin, offering a unique blend of luxury and nature. WE have cabins, tents, trailers, resort pools, event space and a soon to open restaurant. Our vision is to provide group clients a retreat experience like none other.

Position Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Commission-Only Outbound Sales Manager to drive bookings and revenue for our glamping retreat. As an Outbound Sales Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing effective outbound sales strategies, establishing and nurturing relationships with potential clients, and closing deals to boost our retreat's occupancy.

This position requires travel to the property to meet with potential group clients for property tours.

Responsibilities:

• Research, identify & contact businesses via email, phone, apps, etc. throughout the US for Outbound Sales to generate leads and secure contracts.
• Build and maintain a pipeline of potential clients through proactive outreach.
• Develop a deep understanding of our glamping offerings to effectively communicate value propositions to potential guests.
• Negotiate terms and close deals to meet or exceed sales targets.
• Collaborate with the Inbound and General Manager regarding retreat date availability.
• Provide weekly updates on sales progress and contribute to ongoing sales strategy development.
• In addition to selling lodging and event space, you will be required to upsell clients on food, beverage and experiences.
• Formalize and execute contracts with group clients.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in outbound sales with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently.
• Familiarity with the hospitality or travel industry is a plus.
• Passion for luxury experiences, nature, and the glamping concept.
• Experience or ability to learn our Cloudbeds Property Management System (PMS)
• Ability to work on a commission-only basis which is 10% of all sales.
