Job Specifications:

We're seeking a Project Manager with a minimum of five years' experience in Construction Project Management.

Job Description:

Project Managers at ACE play a key role in overseeing job site operations, leading all painting crews, and ensuring projects are completed efficiently, safely, and in compliance with company policies and the highest industry performance standards. This is a hands-on leadership position requiring field experience, strong organizational skills, and the ability to work motivate and support the on-site crews while managing all levels of project execution. The Project Manager is accountable for project time, cost, safety, and quality, ensuring a process-driven approach to execution. They lead with a can-do attitude, coordinating all aspects of the project, including scheduling employees or subcontractors, maintaining a forward-thinking mindset to anticipate challenges, and ensuring timely completion. Through strong communication and leadership skills, they are responsible for fostering a culture of safety, continuous improvement, and accountability as to all members of the crews they work with. The Project Manager also prioritizes building and maintaining strong trust-based relationships with clients, employees, and vendors—reinforcing ACE’s values and commitment to excellence and long-term success.

· Champion a culture of safety by ensuring every employee adheres to personal protective equipment protocols mandated by company policies and OSHA regulations.

· Adaptability is key in our dynamic environment; communicate effectively with diverse groups, prioritize tasks, forge collaborative relationships, and make informed decisions amidst interruptions.

· Employ problem-solving prowess to analyze issues, devise actionable plans, and execute them efficiently to achieve safe, on-time, and budget-friendly project completion.

· Master the art of effective communication with superiors, subordinates, and stakeholders, demonstrating proficiency in interpreting plans, specifications, and instructions.

· Cultivate and maintain strong working relationships with Clients, Employees, and Vendors, fostering a supportive and inclusive work environment.

· Embody advisory and leadership principles essential for guiding projects to successful fruition, prioritizing safety and budget adherence.

· Navigate various project documents with ease, from plans and specifications to addendums and ASIs, leveraging your comprehensive understanding to determine precise scope of work or changes.
