We are seeking an experienced Working Electrical Supervisor to oversee electrical projects and lead a team of electricians. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in construction management and possess excellent supervisory skills.

Duties:

- Manage and supervise electrical construction projects from start to finish
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and project specifications
- Coordinate project scheduling and ensure deadlines are met
- Supervise a team of electricians and provide guidance as needed
- Conduct regular site visits to inspect work progress and quality
- Utilize construction management software such as Prolog for project tracking
- Handle budgeting and cost control for electrical projects
- Collaborate with contractors, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure project success

Experience:

- Prior experience in electrical construction, with a focus on commercial or industrial projects
- Proficiency in reading blueprints and interpreting electrical schematics
- Familiarity with construction management tools like HeavyBid
- Strong knowledge of project scheduling and coordination
- Excellent supervisory skills with the ability to lead a team effectively
