Role: ORMB Technical Lead

Location: Remote with Milestone Travel

Job Summary:

As an ORMB Technical Lead, you will be responsible for ensuring that the Technical content of an ORMB system aligns with a business's expected functionalities. Manage core billing technical processes E2E, partnering with operations and technology teams

Responsibilities:

1. Familiar with ORMB technical architecture, framework methods, Web Application Server, Business Application Server, and Database Server.
2. Design and support real time, batch programs.
3. Prepare configuration design documents as per functional modules (Billing, Payments, Price management, and Adjustment) and developing RM&B configurations such as Service Scripts, Plug-in scripts, BPA Scripts, UI Maps, Zones, and Portal.
4. Participate in the design sessions within house development staff, functional business owners, product owners and outside implementation partners.
5. Perform Oracle Revenue Management and Billing (ORMB) functional and technical configuration construction to validate functionality prior to migrating to production and to perform postproduction release health checks.

Required Qualifications:

1. Overall 10+ Years of exp with 8+ years of experience in Oracle Revenue Management and Billing (ORMB)
2. Hands on experience on ORMB Application Configuration and Knowledge on OUAF Framework.
3. Expert in defining solutions on ORMB Algorithms, batch jobs, interfaces, data migration & reporting requirements.
4. Strong knowledge in Transaction Feed Management (TFM) capabilities, Billing rules, Products, Pricelists, Rate schedule, Payments, GL Assign, underlying configuration limitations and solutions.
5. Experience in Health Insurance Enrolment & Billing (Client billing & Fully Insured).
6. Must understand ORMB table structure and experience in interface building.
7. Strong hands-on experience on OUAF (Oracle Utilities Application Framework) and Integrations: Java, REST, XML/JSON, Oracle Database, Groovy, Plug in driven batches, Business Services and devising algorithms.
8. Experience in writing complex SQLs in ORMB data model.
9. Must have a solid understanding of ORMB configurations, enhancement, extensions, and reporting capabilities.
10. Knowledge of various deployment models (On-Prem, SaaS) and design approach for integrations with suitable third-party applications.
11. Must have implemented or supported ORMB application projects for at least 8 years.

Salary and Other Compensation:

The annual salary for this position is between $138,000/Year to $162,000/Year depending on the experience and other qualifications of the candidate.

This position is also eligible for Cognizant’s discretionary annual incentive program and stock awards, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant’s applicable plans.
