Job Title: Financial Advisor - Firefighter Outreach Program

Responsibilities:

• Conduct group meetings and deliver compelling presentations to large gatherings of firefighters, educating them on various financial planning topics and strategies.
• Build strong relationships with firefighters by visiting fire stations, understanding their unique financial needs, and offering personalized advice.
• Develop comprehensive financial plans tailored to individual firefighters' goals, including retirement planning, investment management, insurance, and estate planning.
• Serve as a trusted resource and provide ongoing support to firefighters, addressing their financial concerns and guiding them through important financial decisions.
• Actively participate in charitable events and community initiatives, demonstrating Coastal Wealth's commitment to giving back to the firefighting community.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, regulations, and financial products to enhance your knowledge and better serve firefighters.

Qualifications:

• Hold a Certified Financial Planner™ (CFP®) designation or be on track to obtain it. Strong preference will be given to candidates who have completed or are currently pursuing the CFP® certification.
• Excellent public speaking skills with the ability to engage and inspire large groups of individuals.
• Comfortable working independently and managing your own schedule while maintaining a high level of professionalism.
• Genuine interest in learning about investment management and staying informed about the financial market.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to establish rapport and trust with firefighters from diverse backgrounds.
• Previous experience in the financial services industry is preferred but not mandatory.
