What You’ll Do:

1. Front end site development via CMS such as Wordpress, Wix, Shopify.
2. Implement responsive web design principles to ensure optimal viewing across various devices.
3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
4. Troubleshoot and debug applications to enhance performance and user experience.
5. Steward for agency processes and provide constructive input on how to improve the process for better quality and efficiency
6. Other duties as assigned

What You’ll Get:

What It Takes:

1. Proven ability/experience in web development
2. Attention to detail and the ability to follow processes, with the aptitude to provide input on how to improve the processes
3. Embracing change and a willingness to flex based on client needs and as a growing organization
4. Strong written communication skills
5. Openness to new technology and coaching to improve your skills as a marketer
6. Prolonged periods of sitting as a desk and working on a computer
7. Must be able to lift 15 pounds at times

For Bonus Points:

1. Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in marketing, communications, or related field
