A fast-growing AWS-focused consultancy is hiring (2) experienced Solutions Architects to lead cloud transformation initiatives for high-growth startups and software companies across the U.S. Backed by AWS, this organization delivers strategic programs focused on cloud migrations, AI/ML, GenAI, Data Platforms, and Cloud Modernization.

This role is ideal for a technically strong, business-aware architect who thrives in fast-paced environments and wants to drive end-to-end cloud adoption while working directly with AWS and executive stakeholders.

Responsibilities:

1. Architect and implement AWS-based solutions across migration, AI/ML, GenAI, and analytics
2. Act as technical advisor, guiding clients through modernization and cloud optimization
3. Develop and present long-term technical roadmaps that align with business goals
4. Support go-to-market and pre-sales efforts in collaboration with Sales and GTM teams
5. Lead delivery of AWS-sponsored programs (e.g., Ignite, Build) to accelerate customer success

Requirements:

1. 5-7 years of experience in a Solutions Architect or senior cloud engineering role
2. Hands-on expertise with AWS Services and advanced AWS Cloud Architecture
3. Familiarity with the Core AWS Well-Architected Framework
4. Experience delivering technical solutions in startup or growth-stage environments
5. Excellent communication skills, including the ability to present to C-level stakeholders
6. AWS certifications (Associate or Professional) strongly preferred
7. Proven ability to operate independently and drive measurable impact in fast-moving settings
