Description

SAIC is looking for a Cloud Documentation and Training Specialist, you will be responsible for the creation, organization, and management of documents that are crucial for the effective functioning of an organization and provide training to staff on these processes. This role involves creating clear, accurate, and accessible technical documentation and delivering training to enhance employee skills and organizational performance.

Core Responsibilities:

1. Develop and maintain documentation: Create and manage technical documentation, including user guides, knowledge base articles, and standard operating procedures for cloud services, while ensuring security and compliance with government guidelines.
2. Create and deliver training: Design and deliver training programs and materials (both instructor-led and remote) for users on government cloud platforms and services.
3. Ensure accuracy and usability: Document technical functions, specifications, and system configurations, and work with users to improve the usability and effectiveness of cloud solutions.
4. Manage documentation systems: Work with document management systems to organize, store, and update documents securely.
5. Provide support: Respond to user questions and problems related to accessing and using cloud-based content.

Qualifications

Required Skills and Qualifications:

1. Bachelor’s Degree plus 7 years of experience.
2. Must be a US Citizen and be able to obtain a federal public trust clearance.
3. Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and related services.
4. Strong technical writing and communication skills.
5. Experience in designing and delivering technical training.
6. Familiarity with government IT infrastructure, security, and compliance requirements.
7. Proficiency with documentation and project management tools.
8. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
9. Attention to detail, problem-solving abilities, and strong organizational skills.
