Job Description
Join a small, growing team of best-in-class BCBAs creating the gold standard for pediatric clients and their families. If you are a highly-skilled BCBA and believe there is opportunity to further grow and develop your skill set as a clinician, we're looking for you. We are looking for self-driven candidates that seek to have integral roles in the development of an expanding private practice.
Responsibilities
- Supervise and assist Behavior Technicians, Case Managers, and Parent Trainers
- Support fulfillment and tracking of Registered Behavior Technician hours
- Maintain HIPAA confidentiality at all times
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures and represent the company professionally in all situations
- Implement treatment plans and track / collect data against goals
- Maintain 10-25 billable hours per week
Requirements
- Provide supervision through telehealth platforms
- Ability to efficiently use a Company iPad and Laptop for internal communications, data tracking, clinical notes, scheduling, and other applications that may be needed
- Ability to work effectively from a remote environment that consists of a quiet space, stable internet connection and a professional set-up
- Ability to navigate maladaptive behaviors and monitor the movement of clients to ensure client and provider safety
- Pass TB test, immunizations, and background check
- Minimal travel may be required
- Residency and work authorization in the United States required
- Individuals must reside in one of the following states: California, Idaho, or Texas
Experience and Qualifications
- Masters in Applied Behavior Analysis or related field
- Bilingual in Spanish is HIGHLY preferred
- Valid certification as a BCBA (Board Certified Behavior Analyst)
- Interest and experience in working with individuals with disabilities
- Demonstrated passion for the field and helping clients and their families
Compensation and Benefits
- Competitive pay starts at $35/hour
