Location: Remote (Work from Home) – Must reside in Central or Eastern Time Zone (U.S.)

Compensation: $60,000 base + quarterly incentive plan + full benefits

Schedule: Monday–Friday, standard business hours

Position Overview

The Client Satisfaction Specialist plays a vital role in creating a world-class experience for our clients and their guardians. This position blends customer service, relationship management, and telesales-style outreach to build trust, strengthen engagement, and ensure satisfaction across our programs.

What You’ll Do

  1. Outbound Communication: Conduct monthly outreach calls to guardians to check in on satisfaction and care experience.
  2. Inbound Support: Serve as the first point of contact for incoming guardian and client calls—responding promptly and professionally to questions or concerns.
  3. Service Feedback: Track and share insights from client and guardian feedback to help improve service delivery.
  4. Recognition & Engagement: Coordinate special acknowledgments (birthdays, anniversaries, milestones) to strengthen relationships.
  5. Survey Management: Distribute satisfaction surveys and encourage positive online reviews to highlight success stories.


What You Bring

  2. Excellent organization, attention to detail, and follow-through.
  3. Comfort working toward measurable call and satisfaction goals.
  4. Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  5. Ability to handle sensitive or emotional conversations with professionalism.
  6. Experience in telesales, customer service, healthcare outreach, or call center environments preferred.
  7. Commitment to Caregiver’s mission and values.


Qualifications

  1. Bachelor’s degree required.
  2. 3+ years of experience in customer satisfaction, telesales, or client relations.
  3. Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM tools.
  4. Ability to work independently in a structured, remote environment.
