Role Description:

  • Position: Full-time, on-site Client Experience Manager in Palm Coast, FL.
  • Responsibilities: Handling a high volume of inbound calls, in-person requests, and outbound professional correspondence.
  • Duties: Managing client accounts, gathering feedback, resolving issues, and ensuring overall client satisfaction.
  • Collaboration: Working closely with internal teams to develop and implement strategies for enhancing the client experience.

 

Qualifications:

  • Administrative Skills: Proficiency in administrative assistance and clerical tasks.
