Responsibilities:
- Learn and apply our established systems, workflows, and offerings
- Speak with prospective clients who have requested information
- Conduct virtual consultations by phone or Zoom
- Guide clients through their options with clarity and confidence
- Work closely with leadership and team members to ensure a smooth client experience
- Hit performance milestones that unlock higher income and advancement
- Maintain compliance with state and licensing guidelines
- Attend ongoing virtual trainings and team meetings
- Build and maintain a long-term client portfolio using a mix of company-provided and personal referrals
- Help households secure solutions that fit their goals and circumstances
- Build long-term client relationships using company-provided and self-generated leads
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in sales, customer support, or a related field is helpful but not required
- Comfortable using technology, CRM systems, and virtual meeting tools
- Strong communication skills with attention to detail
- Self-directed, coachable, and driven to improve
- Professional, confident presence on calls and video meetings
- Service-oriented mindset with strong problem-solving ability
Requirements:
- Ability to successfully complete a background check
- Reliable computer, phone, and internet access
- Active Life & Health Insurance License or willingness to obtain one quickly (support provided)
- Availability to accommodate client schedules, including some evenings or weekends
