Project Manager/Estimator Responsibilities:

• You’ll be responsible for the complete execution of Heavy Highway & Heavy Civil projects both public and private.
• You will work with a team of Project Managers, Project Engineers and associated field management as well as subcontractors and the owner/representatives.
• Responsibilities includes, but are not limited to: Pre-construction, project set-up, cost control, scheduling, full P&L responsibility, risk analysis, safety and complete project oversight.

Background Profile:

• 3+ years’ experience in Civil construction as a Project Manager or Estimator.
• BS Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management or equivalent experience
• Proven experience in managing projects from cradle to grave
• Experience in managing self-perform forces in mass excavation, underground utilities, paving and structures
• Exposure to DOT Construction Management is a plus!
• Experience with CPM scheduling in Primavera P6 a plus!
