Stout & Caldwell Engineers, LLC has been designing site plans, doing surveys and environmental due diligence and permitting NJ and Eastern PA with since 2004. Requirements:

• Minimum of 2 years of Civil Engineering related design experience in land use, specifically drainage design, grading, sewer and roadway design for both commercial and residential application
• AutoCAD and HydroCAD Proficiency preferred
• NJ Professional Engineering License / PA Professional Engineering License to help grow more in PA

Training and Experience:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering
• 5+ years site development design experience
• Stormwater design and advanced grading design
• Proficiency in design using AutoCAD 2020 Civil 3D
• Must have strong knowledge of drainage, grading and site contouring
• Client contact and excellent written and verbal communication skills are a must as public testimony presentations are performed regularly
