As an admin/photography assistant with Images 4 Kids you will be assisting the owner with the behind the scenes work to plan for an efficient, effective photography shoot and serve as a backup photography assistant at picture days. Our Images 4 Kids photographers and assistants are trained to manage a photo shoot while capturing the smiles and character of each child.

Details of Job: As an admin assistant you will be responsible for and/or assist in setting up school picture days including: organizing child class lists for shoots, creating marketing lists and other duties as assigned. As a photographer assistant you will assist in set up & break down of photo shoots. Working with ages infant-5th grade ensure all children are photographed in a warm & friendly environment – Take pride in making sure all photographs are of the highest quality.

Skills & Qualifications: Interest in SEASONAL, PARTTIME work. Availability Monday-Friday. In general must be a team player who works well with others – Positive outlook - Be able to crawl around at a small child’s level – Lift up to 40 lbs – Have a valid driver’s license and own a vehicle – Strong customer service skills – Pays attention to detail – Must have love & patience working with kids. Able to lift up to 40 lbs. (equipment &/or children) – Able to be on the floor and get up/down to pose children. Preferred Skills: General office skills, comfort in working with children
