Glennview Memorial Park is a small business, memorial garden in Durham, NC. Our goal is to maintain a dedication to the perpetual preservation of a garden for the restful and peaceful burials of those interned, as the founder had first envisioned in 1949. In order to carry out the wishes of its founder, that is a permanent garden where all areas are uniform and create the theme of a royal garden.

Our work environment includes:

• On-the-job training

• Lawn and ground maintenance
• Clock in and clock out (must have working cell phone)

Responsibilities:
- Perform routine maintenance tasks such as mowing, trimming, and edging lawns, assisting with tombstone installation and funeral service burials.

- Be accountable and on time to work, clock in and out (with a working cell phone).
- Operate and maintain hand tools and power equipment for landscaping and lawn maintenance.
- Remove debris and trash, keep the grounds clean and presentable
- Assist with irrigation system maintenance and repairs if needed
- Follow safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment

Requirements:

- Ability operate lawn maintenance machinary
- Knowledge of lawn care techniques and maintenance
- Physical strength and stamina to perform outdoor tasks in various weather conditions

- No pre-existing health conditions that prohibit physical exercise
- Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
- Strong work ethic and reliability
