As a Career Coach / Career Consultant, you will empower individuals and teams to achieve professional growth, navigate career transitions, and realize their full potential. Key Responsibilities

1. Deliver individual and group coaching to a diverse client base, including professionals, managers, and executives.
2. Guide clients through career development, transitions, leadership challenges, and strategic planning.
3. Design and facilitate interactive workshops, webinars, and training sessions for both individuals and organizations.
4. Collaborate with other senior coaches and consultants in a dynamic peer learning environment.
5. Contribute to thought leadership by authoring articles, participating in webinars, and engaging in industry events.
6. Mentor rising coaches and support the continuous improvement of our methodologies and resources.

Qualifications

1. 10+ years’ experience in career coaching, executive coaching, management consulting, HR, or talent development.
2. Coaching certification preferred, or significant professional coaching experience.
3. Proven success in helping clients achieve professional growth, transitions, or leadership goals.
4. Excellent communication, facilitation, and relationship-building skills.
