The ideal candidate is a motivated, well-organized individual who has a deep understanding of prospecting and developing strong relationships with customers. We are seeking a highly skilled candidate that has experience Captial Equipment Sales, preferably within the Metal Recycling industry, with knowledge of shredders, shears, balers, briquetters and their applications.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategies to drive business in new and existing markets

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Business
• 5+ years' of industry field sales
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong leadership and relationship building
• Ability to work on several projects at one time
• Ability to travel up to 75% on a regular basis
• On site visits to customers will require climb on to structures, stairs, ladders, scaffold at jobsites, customer facilities to inspect equipment for failure and process analysis
• Bilingual (English and Spanish) preferred
• Remote position
