Happy Pup Manor is looking for a Social Media Specialist to join our team. This position will be responsible for creating and managing social media accounts, posting content, and monitoring followers. The ideal candidate will have a passion for photography, video, and social media.
Responsibilities:
- Create and manage social media accounts (Facebook, Instagram, YouTube)
- Post content regularly on all social media platforms (videos, photos, comments)
- Monitor audience preferences and respond to comments and requests by updating content
- Use analytics to monitor followers and identify areas of improvement
- Collaborate with other Happy Pup Manor employees to create cohesive brand voice
- Manage brand voice across all social media channels
- Track and report on campaign performance by tracking followers, comments, likes, shares etc.
- Create reports on social media performance
- Use data to improve content creation and engagement
- Analyze data to suggest new ways to improve existing features or develop new features that will benefit the brand
- Create compelling videos documenting the skills developed by dogs in our training program
Skills:
- Proven work experience as a Social Media Specialist or similar role working in a marketing agency or organization
- Experience with photo and video editing software required.
- Understanding of Google Analytics and its components preferred but not required.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $16.72 - $20.13 per hour
