Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Camera Operator, Bilingual Japanese at our client, Japanese Broadcast Co. in the New York City Metropolitan Area. The Camera Operator will be responsible for camera operation, lighting setup, video production, and TV production tasks on a day-to-day basis. Fluent Japanese language skills are required for effective communication.

Qualifications

• Camera Operation and Camera skills (Sony ENG camera systems, mid-sized video camera, etc.)
• Lighting/voice/sound expertise
• Experience in Japanese Video Production and/or Japanese TV Production
• Native fluency in Japanese and business fluency in English
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Degree in Film Production, Broadcasting, or related field is a plus
