The Panther Group is seeking a highly motivated Bilingual Call Center Supervisor to partner up with a well-known client of ours in the healthcare industry in Shrewsbury, MA. This is a long term contract to hire and a fully remote position.
***Candidate must be able to commute to Shrewsbury, MA to pick up the equipment and be a resident of Massachusetts***
Bilingual Call Center Supervisor Job Duties:
- Monitor and evaluate frontline staff transactions
- Complete quality assurance reviews of representatives
- Collaborate with management team to identify targeted topic-based quality reviews focused on ensuring consistency in the information provided to the callers
- Escalate any identified trend or issue related to consistency of information or quality to upper management
- Provide weekly updates to Program Manager and monthly statistical updates to be included in the monthly report
Bilingual Call Center Supervisor Job Requirements:
- Must have previous experience as a customer service lead or quality assurance specialist
- Must be bilingual in Spanish/English
- Must be able to commute to Shrewsbury to train and pick up equipment
