Job Description:

The Panther Group is seeking a highly motivated Bilingual Call Center Supervisor to partner up with a well-known client of ours in the healthcare industry in Shrewsbury, MA. This is a long term contract to hire and a fully remote position.

***Candidate must be able to commute to Shrewsbury, MA to pick up the equipment and be a resident of Massachusetts***

Bilingual Call Center Supervisor Job Duties:

  • Monitor and evaluate frontline staff transactions
  • Complete quality assurance reviews of representatives
  • Collaborate with management team to identify targeted topic-based quality reviews focused on ensuring consistency in the information provided to the callers
  • Escalate any identified trend or issue related to consistency of information or quality to upper management
  • Provide weekly updates to Program Manager and monthly statistical updates to be included in the monthly report

Bilingual Call Center Supervisor Job Requirements:

  • Must have previous experience as a customer service lead or quality assurance specialist
  • Must be bilingual in Spanish/English
  • Must be able to commute to Shrewsbury to train and pick up equipment
