Suncoast Urology, the leading urology practice in Pasco County, has a great opportunity for a customer-focused individual to answer calls and schedule appointments for our patients, vendors and business partners. This is a full time, fully remote position, offering a Monday - Friday schedule, 8:00 am - 4:30 pm.

Suncoast Urology is located in Hudson, FL, and offers a complete benefits package, a competitive hourly rate and a positive work environment.

Responsibilities include:

• Answering calls from patients, vendors and referring physicians
• Scheduling office visits and entering appointments in the E-Clinical system
• Routing calls to the appropriate department or personnel as requested

Qualifications

• A friendly, helpful and customer-first approach to callers
• Proven skills in handling a high volume of callers
• Previous experience in a healthcare environment is ideal
• High school diploma or equivalent (GED)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $15.00 - $17.00 per hour
