We are currently looking for a On-Site Business Systems Analyst for our Cleveland, Ohio location.

We have 6 facilities in California, Illinois, North Carolina, Ohio and Oregon that supply new and reconditioned steel drums, reconditioned IBCs, plastic drums, and recycled plastic. General Position Summary:

The Business Systems Analyst (BSA) is the primary conduit between end users and ERP software. The BSA will assist Information Technology (IT) in identifying and closing gaps using business processes and IT tools. Working with users, the BSA is responsible for design, development, implementation, modification, and support of new or existing applications software, especially Epicor ERP. Please note this is not a remote position.

Essential Functions:

· Analyzing systems requirements, validating data, and working with users to test, debug, and troubleshoot applications.

· Serve as the first point of contact for business applications. Provide customer service and functional support to end-users

· Test out any new or current solutions prior to implementation

· Writing and maintaining program documentation (User Guides and Business Process Documents)

· Perform data validation using various reports generated from systems

· Assist in preparing and developing business reports & information dashboards.

· Evaluating new and improved software applications and programming technologies

· Ensuring the rigorous application of information security policies

· Participate in activities and research to maintain knowledge of industry developments

· Requires national travel – about 25%.

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:

· Strong Skills in Epicor ERP

· Experience and strong skills in the use of MS Excel, Word, Outlook, Power Point

· Ability to retrieve, manipulate, and present data using pivot tables, formulas, and other available data tools within Excel. Experience with SQL or VBA is a plus

· Ability to organize, facilitate, and work in cross-functioning teams

· Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (Spanish a plus)

· High level of self-initiative and self-direction

· Effective leadership and interpersonal skills

· Strong organizational skills and detail orientation

· Strong problem-solving skills and able to handle multiple projects

· Ability to work with a wide variety of people on differing tasks or issues while maintaining a courteous, helpful, and professional demeanor

Education & Experience:

· Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or Information Technology or equivalent combination of education and/or experience

1-3 years related experience with Epicor ERP

Pay: $56,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
