Citizen Trucking is a diversified logistics company headquartered in Kansas City with operations across the Midwest and East Coast. We operate hundreds of tractor trailers for blue chip clients.

We are seeking a Director of Business Development to lead our sales and growth efforts. The Director of Business Development will be responsible for sourcing and negotiating contracts with shippers in our primary target markets, including Kansas City, Charlotte, Orlando, and Atlanta.

This is a fully remote position with the option to work in any of our nationwide offices.

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years in trucking industry business development
• Experience sourcing new shipper relationships
• Understanding of the RFQ and negotiations process

Compensation:

• Base salary: $85,000
• OTE: $180,000
• Full benefits: medical, dental, vision, retirement

Pay: $80,890.00 - $185,580.55 per year
