Role Overview: As a Business Development Associate, you are the engine of our growth. You will be responsible for navigating the complex hierarchies of Healthcare Systems and School Districts to identify key stakeholders and initiate conversations about life-safety infrastructure. This is a professional-track role for someone with 1–3 years of experience looking to build a career in high-consequence technology sales.
Key Responsibilities:
- Targeted Outreach: Execute 50–60 daily touchpoints (call, email, LinkedIn) focused on Healthcare Leadership, Hospital Security, and School Safety Directors.
- Strategic Qualification: Conduct discovery conversations to identify gaps in a prospect's current safety protocols and "panic alert" compliance.
- Director Alignment: Partner with your Regional Sales Director to bridge the gap between initial interest and a formal Director-led consultation.
- Legislative Tracking: Stay current on regional safety mandates and grant funding opportunities to provide value-driven outreach.
Success Metrics (KPIs):
- Sales Qualified Leads (SQLs): Number of discovery meetings held by the Regional Director that result in a formal proposal.
- Pipeline Value: Total projected contract value generated for the Healthcare sector.
- Outbound Velocity: Consistency in daily outreach volume and follow-up cadence.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Highly organized with excellent attention to detail
- 1-3 Years experience driving outbound volume and qualifying leads
