You and Your Job:

As a business analyst you will be successful is helping our relationship managers, credit analysts and other stakeholders by optimizing the credit process.

 

The overall objective is threefold:

  • Smooth introduction and implementation of various new projects and systems to modernize the WBNA credit process.

  • Optimize usage of legacy systems to support the front office and meet Rabobank and regulatory requirements by devising ways of working, tools, and simplification of necessary steps to improve data quality.

  • Relieve pressure for Relationship Managers, credit analysts, and other front office staff by easing the burden of manual work in the credit process.

 

Job Responsibilities:

  • First point of contact for any questions and references regarding reference rate reform.

  • Preparing reports to senior management and other stakeholders in a concise and clear manner.

  • Support of management, Portfolio Managers, Wholesale Support Team, and Business Management with data analysis of WBNA credit and related processes.

  • Advise on potential applications that can be introduced or improved to enhance efficiency in these processes.

  • Liaise with Rabobank NL and other stakeholders with regard to such applications.

  • Provide analysis and other support for various projects (other than the aforementioned activities on reference rate transition) that will impact the front office in the coming years.

 

Your Promise to Us

To be considered for the Associate - Business Analyst role, you must have:

  • Minimum of 3 years of relevant work experience.

  • Experience in a consulting focused role, preferably within a bank.

  • College degree with emphasis on business, data management or other relevant field.

Salary Expectations:

Target Hiring Range: $115,000.00 - $185,000.00

This position is subject to the terms of [RAF/Rabobank/RDS]’s compensation plans and policies. It is anticipated that the position will pay within the target hiring range. The range is reflective of the desired primary physical work location and may be adjusted outside of the projected range based on geographical differentiation if the actual work location of the hired candidate differs from the desired primary location, or for other lawful reasons. Further, all full-time regular position includes all other benefits provided to [RAF/Rabobank/RDS] employees, including healthcare benefits, 401k matching, vacation, sick leave, parental leave, possible discretionary bonuses and all other benefits that are all governed by and subject to ERISA plan documents and eligibility.
