- Coordinate end to end implementation and testing of new business processes and scheduling with customers.
- Support of existing business processes by monitoring system activities.
- Define and document integration business process requirements.
- Managing Incidents, change requests related to Business process deployments.
- Maintain customer/Vendor relationships for further enhancement of integrations.
- Conducted detailed walkthrough of Business requirement and functional requirement.
- Follow SDLC to track, document and complete projects in a timely manner.
- Facilitate Daily status update meetings to align with the team on project requirements and day to day tasks.
- Analyze and document business requirements, processes and communicating.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the business area and continually review how that business function interacts with the other business functions that form the entire business process.
- Identify internal and external system requirements, design and configuration set-up, and create user documentation.
- Manage all the requirements effectively and made them available to all team members.
- Create and update Business requirement documents and functional requirement documents.
- Act as liaison between the business units, QA and the technology teams.
- Participate in code reviews, system testing and UAT followed by production verification.
- Co-ordinate with the quality assurance team to validate different releases.
- Postproduction testing and support.
- Rally user story creation and updates.
- Mandatory experience in Supply Chain Management (Transport management system), EDI Transaction
