Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Tulsa, OK. As a member of the Reception team, Budtender Team, and/or Marketing Team at Headies dispensary, you will be responsible for various day-to-day tasks relating to your area of responsibility as well as other tasks you may be required to do. The reception role includes providing a warm greeting to all our patient and excellent customer service at the reception desk. While the budtender role is focused on assisting customers with product information to help them with their selection and answering their inquiries. The marketing/desing/social media team is focused on supporting marketing initiatives to promote the dispensary's market and social media presence as well as highlight specials, products, and services.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Previous experience in customer service or a similar role
• Knowledge of cannabis products and their effects
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
