As a Budtender, you will provide exceptional customer service by assisting customers with product selection, offering recommendations, and ensuring a positive shopping experience. Your responsibilities will include processing transactions accurately, maintaining a clean and organized sales floor, and staying informed about cannabis products and regulations. Duties: - Greet customers warmly and assist them in a professional manner - Recommend products based on customer preferences and needs - Process transactions using the point-of-sale (POS) system - Keep the sales floor organized, ensuring proper product display and stocking - Stay updated on cannabis strains, effects, and usage methods - Adhere to state regulations and company policies regarding cannabis sales - Verify customer ages in compliance with age verification procedures - Assist with inventory management tasks such as receiving and restocking products Skills: - Sales experience is advantageous - Multilingual abilities are a plus - Knowledge of stock management is beneficial - Previous experience in jewelry, technology, or wireless sales is favorable - Familiarity with phone etiquette and Spanish language is advantageous - Proficiency in POS systems - Understanding of retail math concepts At our dispensary, we prioritize teamwork, professionalism, and exceptional customer service.
