The Bubble Engineer will play a hands-on and strategic role in driving rapid experimentation, product development, and execution using the no-code platform Bubble. This role is ideal for someone who thrives at the intersection of product strategy and no-code development, capable of rapidly bringing ideas to life and iterating based on real-time feedback.

As a key contributor to our team, you will be responsible for conceptualizing product features, building them directly in Bubble (including UI prototyping, backend workflows, and API integrations), and rapidly testing business hypotheses. You will work cross-functionally with design, operations, marketing, and engineering teams to ensure alignment with business goals while owning the full product lifecycle from idea to execution.

The ideal candidate is both a builder and a thinker—comfortable scoping MVPs, writing product specs, and turning those ideas into working products directly in Bubble.

ROLE DESCRIPTION

1. Design, build, and launch no-code applications and tools in Bubble—this is a core, daily responsibility.
2. Own the end-to-end product lifecycle, from ideation and wireframing through implementation and iteration.
3. Rapidly prototype, test, and deploy new business ideas and features with a speed-first, data-driven approach.
4. Define product strategy, roadmap, and prioritization frameworks that align with business objectives.
5. Integrate third-party APIs and automate backend workflows in Bubble to extend platform capabilities.
6. Translate user feedback and business needs into scalable, usable Bubble apps.
7. Monitor and iterate on product performance through analytics, user testing, and direct engagement.
8. Collaborate with stakeholders and cross-functional teams to gather requirements and ensure product-market fit.
9. Communicate product plans, progress, and learnings clearly to technical and non-technical audiences.

YOU BRING

1. Minimum 3+ years of product management or product builder experience.
2. Proven expertise in Bubble—demonstrable portfolio or shipped applications required.
3. Hands-on experience with backend workflows, API integrations, and responsive UI design in Bubble.
4. Strong problem-solving and experimentation mindset; comfort with MVPs, pivots, and agile iterations.
5. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
6. Entrepreneurial, scrappy, and self-starting approach to product development.
7. Experience working in a fast-paced, cross-functional startup environment.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

1. Bubble certification or relevant training.
2. Real estate or fintech product experience is a plus.
3. Experience with no-code automation tools (e.g., Zapier, Make, Airtable) is beneficial.
4. Familiarity with customer discovery, growth loops, and early-stage business testing frameworks.
