About the Role
As a Brand Marketing Manager, you will play a key role in shaping and executing brand strategies that drive awareness, engagement, and growth across our consumer and omni-channel ecosystem. You’ll translate deep insights—consumer needs, competitive landscape, business performance, and market dynamics—into impactful brand campaigns. From ideation through launch, you’ll help bring initiatives to life through thoughtful planning, cross-functional partnership, and flawless execution.
What You’ll Do
Brand Strategy & Campaign Development
- Support the Brand Director in building and executing marketing strategies for launches, core products, and innovation.
- Develop 360° customer-first campaigns that drive awareness, engagement, and conversion.
- Translate technical/scientific information into clear, compelling consumer messaging across channels.
Project & Budget Management
- Oversee campaign timelines, asset creation, content development, and cross-functional coordination.
- Assist with budget management, forecasting, and year-end performance. (P&L familiarity a plus.)
Insights, Analytics & Growth
- Analyze consumer, market, and business data to identify opportunities and refine strategy.
- Set KPIs, measure performance, and optimize campaigns to deliver growth.
- Define audience segmentation and inform content strategy to maximize ROI.
Cross-Functional Leadership
- Partner with internal teams and external agencies to deliver campaigns on time and on budget.
- Align stakeholders—including leadership and commercial teams—and contribute to key presentations.
What You Bring
- 4+ years in brand or digital marketing for a DTC ecommerce or wellness brand.
- Experience developing brand strategy, marketing campaigns, and consumer-facing collateral.
- Strong understanding of the full marketing mix and target audience development.
- Analytical mindset paired with creative problem-solving.
- Data-driven approach; comfortable with metrics and insights.
- Up-to-date on marketing trends and best practices.
- Self-starter with strong collaboration skills; thrives in fast-paced environments.
- Marketing or related degree preferred.
Benefits & Compensation
Salary: $80,000 – $100,000 (based on experience and interview performance)
