Aven is redefining how people approach credit and home equity, and we’re looking for a Brand Content Producer who can bring that story to life. You will create and produce brand-related videos and images, while also shaping broader narrative arcs around finance, home ownership, and trust. You’ll own both strategy and execution, leading content direction, social channel growth, and partnerships that drive awareness, trust, and engagement.

What you’ll do

1. Concept, produce, shoot, and edit high-quality video and image content for Aven’s social platforms (Instagram, YouTube, X, etc.)
2. Develop recurring content series and narrative “worlds” that surround the Aven brand—not just the product
3. Own production workflows end-to-end: concepting, scripting, storyboarding, filming, editing, and delivery
4. Experiment with exploratory formats: mini-docs, street interviews, creator-led stories, cultural commentary, lifestyle content, and more
5. Maintain a consistent, distinctive visual and tonal identity across all brand content
6. Produce platform-specific content including posts, graphics, short-form videos, and stories that translate financial concepts into relatable storytelling
7. Develop and manage a content calendar that supports Aven’s marketing priorities and product launches
8. Drive earned media by collaborating with other brands, creators, and media channels to amplify Aven’s story

We’re looking for someone with:

1. 5+ years of experience in content production, brand storytelling, or creative media (agency, in-house, or independent)
2. A strong portfolio of original video and visual work, ideally with a storytelling or cultural angle
3. Ability to turn complex ideas like financial concepts into clear, compelling content
4. Deep understanding of social platforms and what makes content feel native
5. Comfortable managing productions independently from planning through reporting
6. A willingness to be on-camera and feature in branded content
7. Excellent communication and collaboration skills, able to work well across teams
8. Organized, detail-oriented, and reliable in meeting deadlines
