InGenesis is currently seeking a Bookkeeping, Accounting, or Auditing Clerk to work with our client in Albany, NY. In this role, you will be working within the NYS Office of Education's administrative office providing support within the department.Apply today and we'll reach out to answer any questions you may have!Job Duties•Generate reports using Microsoft Excel Spreadsheet.•Perform data entry into a case management system•Handle folders physically (lifting and placing them in file cabinets)•Filing (both physical filing and electronic records filing)•Update/manage daily and weekly spreadsheets•Emailing, scanning and faxing duties

•Schedule meetings including following timelines for sending out/receiving and distributing materials•Manage several Outlook calendars, joint mailboxes used for scheduling, meeting notifications, attendance, etc.Minimum Qualifications

•Experience using Microsoft Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel and Forms. Experience with Microsoft Word and Excel is required.

•Experience using Zoom, Microsoft Teams, and other platforms for providing virtual services. This includes being able to set-up and start meetings, monitor meetings for problems and troubleshoot/address technical issues for meeting attendees.
