The ideal candidate will enhance their web apps and platforms which highlight a curated selection of benefits from premium brands across various sectors like travel, lifestyle, and business services on top of offering a unique blend of networking opportunities.

They are seeking an experienced Ruby developer who possesses excellent time and project management skills and is interested in working with the existing technology team to continue improving their services.

Qualifications:

• Current Ruby on Rails experience inclusive of Rails frontend (Controllers & Views).
• Strong HTML and CSS skills.
• Git (please include a link to your public Git profile in your application.)
• jQuery.
• Proficient in application of web standards and best practices.
• Proven experience in a fast-paced environment.
• Self-motivated and interested in maintaining ownership of key projects.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
• Proactive attitude with an ability to creatively solve problems quickly.
• Independent, excellent time management and organizational skills.
• Willing to support other teams when needed.
• Ability to prioritize and meet deadlines under tight timelines.
• Ability to perform QA testing.
• MySQL.

• Rspec.
• React Native.

Pay range and compensation package:

$140,000.00 - $160,000.00 per year depending on experience.

Basic Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree or higher.
• Minimum of 3+ years of hands on Ruby experience including Rails frontend.
• Legal authorization to work in the U.S. indefinitely is required. Employer work permit sponsorship is not available for this position.

Work Location:

In person 5 days a week- New York, NY 10022
